Laying of the Foundation Stone for the Future Villeneuve Demain Technicentre (94)
This Tuesday, June 18, 2024, the foundation stone for the future Villeneuve Demain Technicentre (94) was laid in the presence of Valérie Pécresse, Jean-Pierre Farandou, Christophe Fanichet, Matthieu Chabanel, Frederic Blerot, and Guillaume Sauvé.
This comprehensive performance contract—awarded by the Grand Villeneuve Agency—covers the design, construction, and maintenance of building and railway installations over six years, to be conducted without operational interruptions.
A major project in the Île-de-France region, it includes shared commitments from all stakeholders regarding safety, the environment, and employment.
The consortium led by Eiffage Civil Engineering draws on the expertise of several Group entities: Demcy, specialized in deconstruction; Roland, an expert in earthworks; Eiffage Rail; Eiffage Énergie Systèmes Dorsalys; Eiffage Route; and Eiffage Concessions Ferlioz.
